Account Creation Rules

Account Security Obligations

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your dg111 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 hours to reflect during business hours.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and will be returned, minus any applicable transaction fees.

Withdrawal Rules

- Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as your dg111 account. dg111 will reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.

General Bonus Terms

Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on dg111 is subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market as specified by the relevant game provider or sportsbook engine, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between the provider's rules and dg111's general rules, dg111's general rules shall prevail.
Sports Betting
- All sports bets placed on dg111 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other supported sports — are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation.
- dg111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were published due to a technical error or human error that resulted in prices materially different from fair market value.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay. dg111 will not be liable for bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded, even if a result has not yet been displayed on the platform due to a data feed lag.
- Match abandonment, postponement, and other event-specific settlement rules are governed by the sports betting terms published in the sports section of dg111.

- Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of dg111's bonus and promotional system, including collusion, multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonuses, or any other approach that violates the spirit of promotional offers.
- Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, sports participants, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market on dg111.
- Use of bots or automation: Using automated software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with dg111's platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.

- Impersonation: Registering or claiming to be another person — whether a real individual or a fictitious identity — for any purpose on the platform.
Zero Tolerance: dg111 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and money laundering. We employ a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors all account activity. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct are suspended immediately pending investigation, and balances may be withheld during the review period.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
dg111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
- Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.

Voluntary Account Closure
